We give practical support to help young people get the right skills and training to prepare for work. We develop young people’s set of technical, intercultural skills, competences and transitional skills to improve their employability. Our training programmes are tailored to specific skills and employment needs of individuals and businesses, including our social enterprises and services.
We believe that improving young people’s quality of life is attained when they are guaranteed a job after training. Our integrated and innovative approach caters for this gap in youth development processes. We are committed to ensuring that 80 percent of the people trained are deployed across our social enterprises, while 20 percent transition to jobs elsewhere or develop their own businesses. Young people making this transition from training to employment are more likely to develop confidence and become active social change participants in their communities.
