Community-based social enterprise has been positively linked to job creation, responding to community needs and stimulating local economy. We take a community-based social entrepreneurship approach in creating employment by developing demand driven business solutions or services bespoke to each community needs. We understand that different communities experience different socio-economic challenges that present excellent opportunities for business or service creation and employment for young people.
Our staff and community stakeholders work together in a collaborative environment to identify community problems and create businesses or services to address the problems. We continue to support, grow and scale the businesses or services to relief youth unemployment and stimulate local economic growth.
